Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to exercise personal initiative/drive, together with the ability to confidently interact with a diverse spectrum of people in a wide variety of situations are required.
  • Ensuring complete co-ordination in front office
  • Receiving calls & forwarding to the relevant departments.
  • Managing meetings & appointments.
  • Own, manage and deliver administrative support for the Team.
  • Other secretarial functions & Office Administration.
  • Handling all communication including phone calls /follow up calls / directing calls emails etc.
  • Secretarial work like drafting letters, emails, for quotations.
  • Making sure to Demonstrate Professional and Polite Responses in all Tele-conversations.
